What days do you fulfill orders?

We fulfill orders Wednesday-Sunday. Boxes require a minimum of 24 hours notice & our boards require a minimum of 48 hours notice. The advance notice gives us time to pick fresh product for your box or board!

Email us if you are looking for an order to be ready Monday-Tuesday. We will try our best to accommodate!

Where do you deliver?

Not at this time, however, we are looking into brining back delivery! Check back soon. Orders can be picked up locally at Illumination Wines.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from our Fort Mill location at Illumination Wines. Located at 201 Springs St. Fort Mill, SC 29715.

What is considered an artisan treat?

Artisan treats vary by design, but typically include; nuts, dried and fresh fruit, jams, chutneys, honey, savory spreads, olives, bread, crackers and much, much more! WARNING: all boxes and boards may come in contact with wheat/gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, shellfish and soy products.

Your boxes and boards look amazing, but I need something larger. How do I order a grazing table?

I’m not fond of a certain meat or cheese. Can boxes and boards be customized?

Yes, absolutely! We love to incorporate your requests into our designs! When placing your order, please notate any special requests.

Oh no! I need to cancel my order, how do I go about this?

Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to your delivery/pickup date and time. Please email us and we will do our best to help you out!
